If a course or letter series has not begun to reach you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
Once the letters have begun to arrive, the work has started, and we are glad to discuss your situation case by case rather than apply a rigid rule.
If a keepsake arrives damaged or fails to arrive within eight weeks of posting, write to us. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
The yearly practice may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current year is yours to keep.

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method, typically within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
